Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR operations of our client companies.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience and be confident in handling HR processes, systems, and day-to-day people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned clients
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and HR administration
- Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws
- Support performance management and employee engagement
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience
- Experience managing HR operations and processes
- Ability to build and implement HR systems and structures
- Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using an HRIS tool is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
