Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR operations of our client companies.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience and be confident in handling HR processes, systems, and day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned clients
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and HR administration
• Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws
• Support performance management and employee engagement

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience
• Experience managing HR operations and processes
• Ability to build and implement HR systems and structures
• Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience using an HRIS tool is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
