Job Title: Office Secretary
Location: Magodo Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and clerical operations
- Assist with executive scheduling and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and office documentation
- Draft official correspondences and reports
- Facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle inquiries and support customer service operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Strong clerical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in company secretarial or administrative duties
- Knowledge of executive administrative support and scheduling
- Good customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Preferred applicants should reside around Magodo, Isheri, or nearby areas.
Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 / Month.
