Job Title: Office Secretary

Location: Magodo Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and clerical operations
• Assist with executive scheduling and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and office documentation
• Draft official correspondences and reports
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handle inquiries and support customer service operations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Strong clerical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in company secretarial or administrative duties
• Knowledge of executive administrative support and scheduling
• Good customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Preferred applicants should reside around Magodo, Isheri, or nearby areas.

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 / Month.
