Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall sales and marketing strategies and Field Force operations.
- Oversee Key Account Management and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and allocate national sales targets across the sales team.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular evaluations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in business development or a supervisory sales role.
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
