Job Description
- We are seeking smart, target-driven, and customer-focused Direct Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition, promote banking products, and achieve sales targets within assigned locations.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
- Drive revenue generation through effective sales execution and customer acquisition.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Actively seek and onboard new customers.
- Promote and close sales for banking products and services such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Customer Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Open new customer accounts and assist with document verification processes.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with bank policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and cross-sell services to existing customers.
Field Marketing & Reporting:
- Conduct field marketing activities such as door-to-door campaigns and community activations.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of ND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification (Third Class or Pass not accepted).
- 2–3 years of experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive selling and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
Salary
N107,000 per month.
