We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Support Staff

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to streamline our office operations.
  • You will be the backbone of our daily activities, managing schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring that our team has everything they need to succeed. If you are a multitasking expert with a "get-it-done" attitude, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, including supplies procurement and facility maintenance.
  • Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring data is easily retrievable.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Operations teams as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Software Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Organization: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Writing Skills: Strong command of English with the ability to draft professional memos and reports.

Education & Experience

  • Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern office tools (Slack, Zoom, or CRM software) is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside within a commutable distance to the office.
  • Punctuality is non-negotiable (Resume work by 8:00 am).
  • Must have a neat and professional appearance.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive monthly net ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 depending on experience).
