Job Description
- Leads specialist teams to deliver operational excellence, service quality, business growth, and process efficiency while ensuring strong performance management and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team performance and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.
- Develop and improve workflows, policies, and service delivery standards.
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related discipline.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and operational systems.
Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 monthly.
