Job Description

• Leads specialist teams to deliver operational excellence, service quality, business growth, and process efficiency while ensuring strong performance management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.
• Develop and improve workflows, policies, and service delivery standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Prepare reports and present performance insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and operational systems.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 monthly.
