Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to support the growth of an innovative EdTech platform focused on transforming education through technology-driven learning solutions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C sales, building strong relationships with schools and parents, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys relationship management, and is passionate about education and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and direct engagement.
- Drive customer acquisition across both institutional (B2B) and individual (B2C) segments.
- Engage schools, parents, and educational stakeholders to promote learning solutions and tutoring services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, teachers, and partner organizations.
- Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate service value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Participate in sales events, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Support brand visibility by sharing relevant company content across professional platforms.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Experience within the education or EdTech sector is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Target-driven with strong self-management and execution abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Good understanding of consultative sales and SaaS sales approaches.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Genuine interest in education and technology.
Tools & Platforms:
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive, or Freshsales.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Comfortable using social media platforms for customer engagement and outreach
