Job Title: Regional Manager - Retail Operations

What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage sports betting retail operations across assigned regions
- Drive betting shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
- Monitor agent and shop performance while implementing growth strategies to increase betting activity and revenue
- Ensure compliance with operational, gaming, and regulatory standards within the sports betting industry
- Execute promotional and customer engagement activities to boost Betgr8 brand visibility and player acquisition
- Provide retail performance insights, betting activity analysis, and operational reports to management.
What We Are Looking For
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Experience in retail operations, with betting or fintech experience considered a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership ability with proven team management skills.
- A data driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present clear reports.
- Ability to oversee multiple regions while consistently meeting performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
