Job Title: Regional Manager - Retail Operations

What You Will Do

• Oversee and manage sports betting retail operations across assigned regions
• Drive betting shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
• Monitor agent and shop performance while implementing growth strategies to increase betting activity and revenue
• Ensure compliance with operational, gaming, and regulatory standards within the sports betting industry
• Execute promotional and customer engagement activities to boost Betgr8 brand visibility and player acquisition
• Provide retail performance insights, betting activity analysis, and operational reports to management.

What We Are Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Experience in retail operations, with betting or fintech experience considered a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership ability with proven team management skills.
• A data driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present clear reports.
• Ability to oversee multiple regions while consistently meeting performance targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
