Locations: Onitsha - Anambra; Mainland & Island - Lagos; and Asaba - Delta

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Officer. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales of the company products – (Skin care, Perfumes, Room sprays and diffusers).
- Meet and exceed set targets.
- Demonstrate proper use of skin care products and fragrances.
- Cross‑sell, up‑sell and link‑sell products when appropriate.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and stock.
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
- Advise customers on skincare routines.
- Weekly, monthly activity reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years proven sales experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong field and practical sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
