Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Onitsha - Anambra; Mainland & Island - Lagos; and Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Officer. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for sales of the company products – (Skin care, Perfumes, Room sprays and diffusers).
• Meet and exceed set targets.
• Demonstrate proper use of skin care products and fragrances.
• Cross‑sell, up‑sell and link‑sell products when appropriate.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and stock.
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
• Advise customers on skincare routines.
• Weekly, monthly activity reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•  2–4 years proven sales experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong field and practical sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
