Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
  • Drive sales to achieve and exceed set targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
  • Expand the company’s customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
  • Reporting & Strategy Execution
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Customer Engagement & Presentations
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • After-Sales Support
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service for new clients

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
