Job Overview
- We are seeking a smart, result-driven Real Estate Executive to join its team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing properties, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source prospective clients (buyers, sellers, and investors)
- Market and promote properties through online and offline channels
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
- Negotiate property deals and close sales/rental transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in Lekki and surrounding areas
- Prepare and manage property documentation where required.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc. Degree in Estate Management or any related field
- 1–3 years experience in real estate or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (especially Lekki axis)
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
