Job Title: Real Estate Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Overview

• We are seeking a smart, result-driven Real Estate Executive to join its team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing properties, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective clients (buyers, sellers, and investors)
• Market and promote properties through online and offline channels
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
• Negotiate property deals and close sales/rental transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in Lekki and surrounding areas
• Prepare and manage property documentation where required.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc. Degree in Estate Management or any related field
• 1–3 years experience in real estate or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (especially Lekki axis)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
