Role Overview
- As we expand into the UK and US markets, we are looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Client & Product Manager to help improve project delivery, manage client relationships, coordinate developers, and drive operational excellence across the business.
- The Client & Product Manager will serve as the bridge between clients, management, and the development team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- This role is not just administrative — we are looking for someone who can take ownership, improve systems, solve problems proactively, and help scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage client expectations, communication, and project updates
- Translate client requirements into clear development tasks
- Conduct onboarding meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
- Ensure excellent client experience and long-term relationship management
- Identify opportunities for upselling and client retention
Product & Project Management:
- Coordinate software development projects from start to finish
- Create project timelines, task allocations, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with developers, designers, and management
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and revisions
- Test and review completed work before client delivery
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
Team Coordination:
- Track staff productivity and task completion
- Follow up with developers to ensure accountability
- Help build a culture of professionalism, ownership, and execution
- Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding where necessary
Process & Systems:
- Implement and manage tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Slack, or similar systems
- Create SOPs and structured workflows for recurring operations
- Help management improve internal systems and reporting
KPIs / Success Metrics
- On-time project delivery
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Reduced project delays and revisions
- Improved developer accountability
- Growth in repeat business and referrals
- Improved operational structure and reporting.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, client management, product management, or related roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with software/web development teams
- Understanding of web and software development processes
- Ability to write clear project briefs and task documentation
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Professional written and spoken English
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing UK or US clients
- Familiarity with Agile workflows
- Experience using ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and product thinking
- Experience in software agencies or startups
