Overall Responsibilities

  • Achieve set monthly Social Marketing objectives in volume and value for assigned region.
  • Achieve key Sales operation metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Coach and develop Sales Representatives to ensure improved selling skills and productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong distributor management skills and engage distributor managers on proactive ways to grow the business within the region.
  • Lead the use of SFA to drive Sales Representative productivity on relevant metrics.
  • Leverage SFA to drive quality execution and improved output by the team.
  • Lead the team to flawlessly implement all sales and marketing activities as communicated.
  • Drive improved enlistment of new distributors to the business and ensure product availability in most accounts through effective management of Sales Representatives.
  • Manage key relationships with customers, influencers, and decision-makers within the territory.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly market intelligence reports on competition activities.
  • Regularly cascade customer feedback to the Director of Social Marketing regarding best practices and business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely submission of all reports as required by line management and Social Marketing leadership.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Ensure efficient and effective utilization of MSIN allocated resources while delivering high return on investment across key business areas.
  • Efficiently manage Sales Representative expenses and consistently track ROI on business activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any Biological/Physiological Sciences-related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Strong industry contacts and network within the designated region.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness across key commercial fundamentals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to overcome challenges and deliver results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
