We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Tire Service Executive
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, evaluate their tire service needs, and provide clear, accurate quotes.
- Explain technical concepts like tread wear, speed ratings, and tire options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Drive store revenue by hitting monthly tire sales targets and cross-selling alignment and maintenance packages.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards.
- Monitor showroom inventory levels, order stock, and keep display areas organized and clean.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 years of experience in automotive retail, tire sales, or as a service advisor.
- Solid baseline knowledge of tire sizes, tread types, and basic mechanical alignment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
