We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tire Service Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, evaluate their tire service needs, and provide clear, accurate quotes.
• Explain technical concepts like tread wear, speed ratings, and tire options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Drive store revenue by hitting monthly tire sales targets and cross-selling alignment and maintenance packages.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards.
• Monitor showroom inventory levels, order stock, and keep display areas organized and clean.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process payments using our point-of-sale system.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of experience in automotive retail, tire sales, or as a service advisor.
• Solid baseline knowledge of tire sizes, tread types, and basic mechanical alignment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Comfort using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
