Job Summary
- DriveMe is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.
- As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, providing timely feedback, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the service process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service fulfillment.
- Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
