Job Summary

• DriveMe is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.
• As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, providing timely feedback, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to clients.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service fulfillment.
• Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
