About the Role
- We are seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking Strategy Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, business insight, and execution excellence to influence strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
- Design and refine operating models to improve efficiency and scalability
- Lead the formulation of go-to-market strategies across key business segments
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions
- Monitor, track, and report on strategic KPIs and performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to support long-term organizational goals
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure strategy execution.
Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, corporate planning
- MBA preferred
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is an added advantage.
