About the Role

• We are seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking Strategy Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, business insight, and execution excellence to influence strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
• Design and refine operating models to improve efficiency and scalability
• Lead the formulation of go-to-market strategies across key business segments
• Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions
• Monitor, track, and report on strategic KPIs and performance metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations to support long-term organizational goals
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure strategy execution.

Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, corporate planning
• MBA preferred
• Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is an added advantage.
