Job Title: Store / Sales Coordinator - FMCG

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with FMCG experience to manage sales coordination, finished goods distribution, inventory documentation, and order processing activities.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient product dispatch, accurate sales reporting, inventory control, and smooth coordination between the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales order processing, dispatch, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and customers for timely product distribution
  • Monitor loading activities and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance during dispatch
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and loading reports
  • Maintain accurate sales, stock, and dispatch documentation
  • Process sales orders, pick lists, delivery notes, and invoices in SAP/ERP systems
  • Monitor stock aging, near-expiry products, and inventory accuracy
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of finished goods in line with GMP standards
  • Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
  • Coordinate export documentation including quotations, invoices, and shipping records where applicable

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales coordination, distribution, or store operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systems
  • Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles and GMP standards
