We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Documentation Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

  • Document Control: Manage the Document Management System (DMS). This includes overseeing the creation, review, and approval of SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
  • Batch Review: Review manufacturing batch records and logs to ensure they meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality guidelines prior to final product release.
  • Version Control: Issue updated documents to relevant staff, retrieve superseded versions, and ensure only current, authorized documents are used across the organization.
  • Audit Preparation: Maintain well-organized archives and document trails to support both internal quality audits and external regulatory inspections.
  • Change Control & CAPA: Assist in processing document change requests and track the documentation related to process deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO 9001).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when proofreading, verifying data, and managing document tracking systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in document management software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (like SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preference will be given to candidates living around Mowe,Magboro, Ibafo, Ojodu-Berger, Ikeja, Sagamu axis.

Salary
N300,000 per monthly.
