Job Summary
- We are seeking proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized Winning From Home Sales Coordinators to drive sales execution and market penetration across assigned territories.
- The ideal candidates will coordinate route-to-market activities, ensure product availability and visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and support the achievement of business growth objectives within their assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
- Drive sales volumes within assigned territories by ensuring consistent product availability and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Route-to-Market Coordination:
- Coordinate activities of distributors, van sales representatives, and merchandisers to ensure effective market coverage.
- Monitor adherence to approved journey plans and optimize routes for improved market penetration.
Outlet Coverage & Market Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets within assigned territories.
- Ensure active coverage and stocking of key SKUs across all relevant outlets.
Product Availability & Visibility:
- Ensure products remain consistently available across outlets.
- Monitor merchandising standards, shelf visibility, product placement, and competitive positioning in the market.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving trade-related issues and obtaining market feedback.
Promotions & Brand Activation:
- Coordinate trade promotions, in-store activations, and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure effective deployment and utilization of promotional materials.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather and report insights on competitor activities, pricing trends, customer feedback, and consumer behavior.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Stock Monitoring & Replenishment:
- Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail outlet levels.
- Ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
Compliance & Operational Standards:
- Ensure all sales and market activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or FMCG field sales operations.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market operations and retail sales execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to their preferred location.
