Job Summary
- We are looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to join our high-performance sales team.
- In this role, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services, and converting initial interest into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate new business opportunities.
- Sales & Conversions: Effectively pitch product value propositions, handle objections confidently, and successfully convert leads into closed sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through active listening and professional rapport.
- Lead Tracking & Admin: Diligently follow up on warm and cold leads, ensuring all customer records and interactions are accurately updated and maintained in our system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, conversion metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-performance team environment to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years plus of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any customer-facing sales roles (retail, customer service, or EdTechexperience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a natural ability to negotiate and influence.
- Phone Confidence: High level of comfort and confidence in speaking with diverse groups of customers over the phone.
- Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection positively, and remain focused on achieving sales targets.
- Drive & Attitude: Self-motivated, highly energetic, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
What We Offer
- Base salary N120,000 - N220,000 per month + commission up 6% based on performance(the harder you work, the more you earn!).
