Description 

  • We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Training Operations & Workshop Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of professional workshops and institutional training programs.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is strong with coordination, logistics, timelines, communication, team management, operational execution, record keeping, and reporting.
  • The successful candidate will support the smooth running of workshops from planning stage to post-training reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibitlies
Workshop & Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate workshop and training logistics
  • Manage training schedules and operational timelines
  • Liaise with vendors, facilitators, participants, and venues
  • Ensure workshop materials and documentation are prepared
  • Coordinate participant communication and registrations
  • Support smooth execution during training programs
  • Manage operational activities before, during, and after workshops.

Team Coordination & Operational Management:

  • Coordinate support teams involved in workshop execution
  • Track operational responsibilities and deliverables
  • Ensure team members meet assigned timelines and responsibilities
  • Follow up on pending operational tasks and activities.

Reporting, Documentation & Data Management:

  • Prepare post-training reports and operational summaries
  • Maintain organized operational records and workshop files
  • Manage attendance records, evaluation forms, participant data, and workshop documentation
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems for trainings and institutional engagements
  • Ensure proper record keeping, documentation, and data management across projects.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Track deliverables and pending action points
  • Maintain organized operational trackers and schedules
  • Support planning meetings and coordination activities
  • Ensure visibility and organization across assigned projects and workshops:

  • Strong with reporting, documentation, and record keeping
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in hybrid mode
  • Previous experience in events, training coordination, project coordination, operations, administrative support, or workshop management is an advantage.

Work Structure:

  • Hybrid role
  • Some physical presence required during workshops and meetings
  • Compensation may be structured on a project basis, monthly basis, or hybrid arrangement depending on experience and availability.
