Job Description
- A Kitchen technician maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment.
- As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections. What will I be doing?
- As a Kitchen technician, you are expected to maintain and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment. As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Perform equipment repairs.
- Perform visual equipment evaluations.
- Enter repairs in Repair Logbook.
- Multitask in other sections when called upon.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of HND or BSc. in related Field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.
- A Kitchen technician who maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment.
- As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
- Electrical trouble shooting, wiring, schematic reading, plumbing, mechanical trouble shooting and repair skills.
- Ability to maintain Kitchen equipment parts inventory.
- Strong work ethic.
- Skills in the use of related instruments and tools including Multi- meter, hand tools and small power tools in other to perform the functions of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
- Basic English language communication skills in order to communicate with customers and co-workers, fully comprehend job assignments and to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes.
