Job Description 

• A Kitchen technician maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment.
• As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections. What will I be doing?
• As a Kitchen technician, you are expected to maintain and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment. As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
•  Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Perform equipment repairs.
• Perform visual equipment evaluations.
•  Enter repairs in Repair Logbook.
• Multitask in other sections when called upon.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of HND or BSc. in related Field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.
• A Kitchen technician who maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment.
• As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
• Electrical trouble shooting, wiring, schematic reading, plumbing, mechanical trouble shooting and repair skills.
• Ability to maintain Kitchen equipment parts inventory.
• Strong work ethic.
• Skills in the use of related instruments and tools including Multi- meter, hand tools and small power tools in other to perform the functions of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
• Basic English language communication skills in order to communicate with customers and co-workers, fully comprehend job assignments and to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
• Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes.
