Job Summary

• The IT Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems across outlets and production units.
• This includes POS systems, network infrastructure, user support, ERP software and system uptime.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in IT support (QSR / retail experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of networking, POS systems, ERP software and system troubleshooting.
