We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our Study Abroad and Travel & Tours divisions.
  • This role will lead client acquisition, expand the corporate travel business, and execute high-impact strategies that increase conversions, revenue, and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Education: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for 1,500+ partner universities, ensuring the Admissions team hits enrollment quotas.
  • Travels & Tours: Expand the firm’s footprint in corporate travel management, luxury vacation packages, and specialized visa services advisory services.
  • Revenue Diversification: Identify and launch new revenue streams (e.g., flight insurance, standardized test vouchers, and post-landing settlement services).
  • Develop and execute weekly growth strategies for Admissions, Visa, and Travel & Tours operations
  • Drive revenue from study abroad placements, visa services, corporate travel management, and luxury travel packages
  • Identify and secure high-value corporate clients for travel management services
  • Lead and supervise Business Development Executives to focus on premium and corporate accounts
  • Expand Travel & Tours' offerings, including holiday packages, group travel, and specialized visa advisory
  • Analyze market trends to identify profitable visa routes, travel opportunities, and education partnerships
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to improve conversion and client experience
  • Present weekly strategy and performance reports to executive management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields (relevant certifications are an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within a Travel & Education agency
  • Proven track record in both study abroad recruitment and travel/tour sales
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes, global travel systems (Amadeus/Sabre), and international education pathways
  • Experience in corporate travel sales and client relationship management is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and revenue-driving capability.

Renumeration & Performance

  • Base Salary: Premium, reflecting the high-level strategic nature of the role.
  • Profit Sharing: Attractive commission structure based on both personal and team-wide revenue targets.
  • Authority: Direct influence over the company's 2026 expansion and operational budget.
