Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (Airbnb Services) to promote the company's product using online channels.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our client base by reaching out to Airbnb hosts, vacation rental operators, and short-term rental businesses.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, booking meetings, and converting potential clients into customers for our Airbnb customer support services.
- This role combines leadership, smart, and Tech Savvy to improve efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients
- Introduce and explain the company's services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up consistently with potential clients
- Schedule meetings and onboarding calls
- Maintain records of conversations and leads
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the operations team to onboard new clients
- Improve website or landing page performance to increase leads and sales
- Analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in Tele Marketing or administrative roles( 2-5 years experience)
- Analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media/Digital marketing skills, and Networking
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident speaking on calls and handling objections
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience with Airbnb and hospitality is an added advantage
- Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop, as the role is fully remote.
