Job Title: Lead, Publications
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and publish detailed research reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, well-structured, and error-free
- Oversee the editing and publishing process for books and other long-form publications
- Manage publication schedules and deadlines for editorial projects
- Review and provide constructive editorial feedback on opinion articles, features, freelance submissions, and investigative stories
- Collaborate with the content team to source and curate relevant financial and economic content for publication
- Ensure all published materials meet Nairametrics’ editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in editorial, publishing, or related roles
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and publication management experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of business, finance, and economic reporting
- Ability to manage multiple editorial projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
