We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead, Publications

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and publish detailed research reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, well-structured, and error-free
• Oversee the editing and publishing process for books and other long-form publications
• Manage publication schedules and deadlines for editorial projects
• Review and provide constructive editorial feedback on opinion articles, features, freelance submissions, and investigative stories
• Collaborate with the content team to source and curate relevant financial and economic content for publication
• Ensure all published materials meet Nairametrics’ editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in editorial, publishing, or related roles
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and publication management experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of business, finance, and economic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple editorial projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
