We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Purpose of Job
- Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items out of the store to ensure accuracy andcompleteness in line with TSL standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock reconciliation
- Supervise storage, arrangement, and tracking of materials for easy accessibility
- Coordinate stock-taking and periodic inventory checks
- Monitor offloading, packing, unpacking, and delivery of materials
- Inspect incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Maintain records of requisitions, surplus, obsolete, and damaged items
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Requirements
- First degree in a Management-related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory/store operations
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply is an added advantage
Key Skills:
- Inventory management
- Financial and cost awareness
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of Management Information Systems.
