We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Purpose of Job

• Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items out of the store to ensure accuracy andcompleteness in line with TSL standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock reconciliation
• Supervise storage, arrangement, and tracking of materials for easy accessibility
• Coordinate stock-taking and periodic inventory checks
• Monitor offloading, packing, unpacking, and delivery of materials
• Inspect incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Maintain records of requisitions, surplus, obsolete, and damaged items
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

• First degree in a Management-related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory/store operations
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply is an added advantage
