Job Description
- The Marketer will be responsible for marketing the company’s professional services which include recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, training and development, background checks, SME advisory, and business support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market the company’s services to organizations and business owners
- Source for new clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop proposals and follow up on leads
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B marketing or business development
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly + Attractive Commissions.
