Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• The Marketer will be responsible for marketing the company’s professional services which include recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, training and development, background checks, SME advisory, and business support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the company’s services to organizations and business owners
• Source for new clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop proposals and follow up on leads
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B marketing or business development
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly + Attractive Commissions.
