Description
- We are looking for a high-performing and industry-savvy SaaS Telemarketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation for specialized SaaS solutions in the Fintech, Banktech, Insurtech, Lawtech, and Medtech sectors within a BPO/KPO environment.
- This is not traditional cold calling.
- You will be engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers, articulating complex SaaS value propositions, qualifying high-potential leads, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B prospecting via cold calling and warm outreach to CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on company size, technology stack, pain points, and budget to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations of complex SaaS solutions (AI analytics, compliance automation, payment systems, etc.).
- Successfully handle objections related to security, regulatory compliance, ROI, and integration.
- Set high-quality appointments and demos for senior Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize and personalize outreach campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability to understand and communicate technical SaaS solutions, AI capabilities, and API integrations.
- Solid industry knowledge of regulatory and operational challenges in Fintech, Insurtech, Lawtech, or Medtech.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- High resilience, persuasion, and emotional intelligence to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to analyze data for targeted prospecting and performance optimization.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
