Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Attending to client inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Following up with leads and existing clients
  • Scheduling consultations, site visits, and meetings
  • Coordinating communication between clients, designers, and vendors
  • Providing updates on project progress and timelines
  • Managing customer records and project documentation
  • Assisting with quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Handling after-service support and feedback
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Managing social media or WhatsApp customer interactions (in some companies).

Criteria

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience
  • Must have worked in an interior design, construction, or real estate company.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
