- The Administrative Officer will serve as a strategic backbone of Primeclass Consult.
- This executive role requires an officer capable of managing day-to-day administrative frameworks, optimizing operational workflows, managing human resources, and ensuring the seamless promotion and execution of our domestic and international corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format company correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Promotion and Marketing: Promote and market the organization's products and services
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for senior management.
- Client Relations: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors—handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Data Management: Maintain secure, organized digital and physical filing systems for client and company records.
- Team Support: Assist with basic onboarding tasks, expense tracking, and event planning.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key liaison for institutional clients, government agencies, and international partners, ensuring a premium standards-based delivery of service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Administrator, or a similar role.
- Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Tana, Asana) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Skills: Top-tier organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat.
- Attributes: A proactive problem-solver who maintains high confidentiality and a positive attitude.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within management consulting, executive training firms, or premium corporate services is strongly preferred.

- Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with high-ranking public officials and corporate executives.
- Organizational Excellence: Mastery in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, from complex logistical arrangements to routine office administration.

- Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of modern office productivity tools, project management software, digital marketing tools, and administrative systems.
