We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving customer growth and revenue by selling Cars45’s services to new and existing users across Nigeria.
  • You’ll spend most of your time on the phone: prospecting, pitching, closing, and following up.
  • The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers across Nigeria
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to explain Cars45’s value proposition and convert leads into active users
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals over the phone
  • Educate customers on buying and selling vehicles through Cars45
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads with consistent follow-ups
  • Update CRM with accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes
  • Gather market feedback and share insights on customer needs and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales scripts and customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Basic computer skills; CRM experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection.
