Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the face and voice of their company.
- Your main job is handling customer enquiries, calls, and social media DMs while ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- You’ll also jump in to support the floor team during rush hours. Full drink-making training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries professionally
- Respond to customer messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure service issues are resolved quickly
- Track customer experience and share daily feedback with management
- Support the café team during peak/rush hours taking orders, serving, clearing tables
- Learn to prepare basic drinks after training: coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials/offers
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any field
- 1–2 years customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, café, or restaurant
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Active on social media and comfortable replying to DMs professionally
- Friendly, patient, and good under pressure
- Must live in Abuja and able to commute easily to Wuse 2
- Willing to work weekends and be on your feet for long hours
- Fast learner we’ll train you on drink making.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 pr month.
