Job Summary
- Bravies Homz Limited is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Manager to lead the Company's human resource and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff welfare, policy implementation, and administrative operations to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Oversee employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate staff performance management, appraisals, KPI implementation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, disciplinary processes, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive staff engagement, welfare, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff learning and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
- Oversee general administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and improve team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in Human Resources and Administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR compliance requirements is an added advantage.
