- Target Setting and Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs tailored to the offshoring model, including talent placements, client retention rates, and revenue from Western markets. Deliverables: Achieve 20% quarterly increase in active UK/US client engagements; produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights to hit annual targets
- Sales and Business Development: Lead digital sales initiatives to attract UK and US businesses seeking offshore talent. Deliverables: Generate 20 qualified leads per month via digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns, webinars on offshoring benefits); close 10 new client contracts quarterly, focusing on sectors like tech, finance, and customer service.
