Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Medical

Description
- We are seeking experienced and result-driven professionals to fill the position of Area Sales Manager (Medical) for Abuja territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within assigned territory
- Manage, supervise, and motivate Medical Sales Representatives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Prepare periodic sales reports and territory performance analysis
- Ensure effective coverage and customer engagement across assigned locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- 5 - 7 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory)
- Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a supervisory sales role is and added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilites
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales operations and territory management
