Job Title: Tele-Collection Agent (Bad Debts)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to recover overdue and bad debt payments (365 days & above)
- Negotiate repayment terms and ensure compliance with commitments.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases
Requirements
- Recent years of experience in recovery.
- Experience in recovering bad debts accounts.
- Close proximity to Yaba
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
- Minimum of OND qualification
Salary
N120,000 net per month, plus HMO benefit and incentives.
